Expert Opinion & Guidance for Runners.

Sometimes you just need an expert to wade through everything and give you a fresh perspective. It would be my honor to help you find your way back from injury and  get you on a path back to running.

About My Consulting Services

If you’ve been sidelined by a running injury and haven’t found answers despite seeing multiple doctors, physical therapists, or other healthcare providers, it’s time to work with someone who truly understands runners. Running medicine is a highly specialized subspecialty in sports medicine. Running injuries are often complex and involve much more than just the painful area—they require a thorough understanding of how biomechanics, strength, nutrition, sleep, and mental health all intersect. As a consultant, I take the time to review your training plans, gait videos, medical records, and injury history as well as speak to coaches and other providers you may have to offer a comprehensive perspective and guide you toward the best path for recovery.

While I don’t offer ongoing clinic-based treatment, I can see you for an initial visit and then connect you with my team at Precision Performance & Physical Therapy in Atlanta, GA or a provider closer to home to continue your care. Together, we’ll create a plan to help you get back to running.
